項目背景 | Background Information

項目位于山東日照東港區(qū)香河街道清溪村清溪龍吟徽宿內(nèi)，周身被茶園環(huán)抱是一處傳統(tǒng)雅士生活的世外桃源之地。園區(qū)內(nèi)有兩棟徽州民居古宅“清溪軒”、“龍吟居”。本次改造項目為名為“清溪軒”的古徽州老建筑，建筑主人經(jīng)過千里從江西古村落將其搬到此處并用6年的時間進行復原。

The project is located in Qingxi Village, Xianghe Street, Donggang District, Rizhao, Shandong. It is surrounded by tea gardens and is a place of paradise for the traditional life. There are two ancient Huizhou folk houses “Qingxi Xuan” and “Longyin Ju” in the park. This renovation project is an old Huizhou building named “Qingxi Xuan”. The owner of the building moved it here from an ancient village in Jiangxi province thousands of miles away and restored it in 6 years.

前期工作 | Preliminary Work

建筑主體一共三層此次改造范圍為二，三層的空間。建筑主體為純木結(jié)構(gòu)，二樓內(nèi)空間昏暗，改造后如何滿足現(xiàn)代人居住使用的需求成為最大的難題。考慮到其建筑本身的特殊性，改造必須以保護和尊重其原有的結(jié)構(gòu)框架為前提。同時也要滿足客戶及其市場經(jīng)營的需求。經(jīng)過多輪的討論，在尊重建筑本身構(gòu)造的前提下，將其空間進行重組，通過對材料、空間、光影的運用形成一個及對比又融合的多重空間。

The main building has three floors. The scope of this renovation is two and three floors. The main body of the building is pure wood structure, and the space on the second floor is dim. After the transformation how to meet the needs of modern residential use has become the biggest problem. Considering the particularity of the building itself, the renovation must be based on the protection and respect of its original structural framework. At the same time, we must also meet the needs of customers and their market operations. After several rounds of discussion, the space was reorganized under the premise of respecting the structure of the building itself. Through the use of materials, space, light and shadow to form a contrast and fusion of multiple space.

公共空間 | Public Place

對空間重新梳理后，分別在東西兩側(cè)中間部分形成兩處公共空間，空間兩側(cè)用原木色樟子松和障子紙做成的半透明格柵透光墻，改變原空間的昏暗性。新增原木色格柵與古宅形成新的空間與時間上的交流。

客房 | The Guest Rooms

共八間客房，由于整個空間的局限性，設計中盡量凸顯原來結(jié)構(gòu)的古樸，部分加入新的元素。讓入住者有一種別樣的感受。

A total of eight rooms, due to the limitations of the entire space, the design highlights the simplicity of the original structure, adding a few new elements. Let the occupants have a different feeling.

三樓茶空間 | Tea Space On The Third Floor

三樓為一個獨立的茶空間，為主入喝茶養(yǎng)心獨處空間，地面鋪設榻榻米，進入空間內(nèi)需席地而坐，靜心品其茶香。兩側(cè)盡可能的保持視覺通透性，方形的木格墻既分割了空間又形成一個特有的展示效果。

The third floor is an independent tea space, where the master can enjoy tea and nourish one’s mind. The ground is paved with tatami. When entering the space, one needs to sit on the floor and enjoy the fragrance of tea. As far as possible to maintain the visual permeability on both sides, the square wooden lattice wall not only divides the space but also forms a unique display effect.

施工過程 | Construction Process

由于施工周期短，十幾個木工匠人日夜兼程，設計師現(xiàn)場指導，有些空間處理上大家一起探討，達到理論與實踐的統(tǒng)一，大大提升了施工效率。

Due to the short construction period, more than a dozen carpenters work day and night, designers on-site guidance, and some space treatment are discussed together to achieve the unity of theory and practice, greatly improving the construction efficiency.
